Delivery challans: for goods that move without a sale

An invoice makes sense when you're selling something. It doesn't make sense when goods are just moving — sent out for job work, returned to a supplier, dispatched as a sample, or shifted between locations. Delivery challans cover that gap: what moved, to whom, why, and when, with no price line because nothing was sold and no tax applies.

Optionally link a challan to a purchase order — useful when goods are moving in connection with something you've already ordered — and add a vehicle number for road transport, which several regions expect on the physical document.

Same principle as everywhere else in Dobydil: this is a document, not an automatic stock adjustment. It records the movement; if your inventory count needs to change because of it, that's still a step you take yourself in Dobydil Stock.
