The calculator and invoicing tool run in your own browser. Business details you enter (name, address, invoice items) are stored only on your own device — nothing is sent to a server. We use your general location (via IP) to suggest the right country and currency; this is not stored.
If you upload a business or customer logo, it's stored in public cloud storage so it can appear on invoice PDFs and shared invoice links without requiring the viewer to log in. Logo images are not searchable or listed anywhere publicly — only accessible to someone who already has the direct file link, the same way an invoice link works.
If you use the Share button on an invoice, that specific invoice becomes viewable by anyone with the exact link — the same way a shared Google Doc link works. It is not searchable, not listed anywhere publicly, and does not expose your account, your other invoices, or any information beyond what's on that one invoice.
We never see or store card numbers or bank details. Any payment link you add is your own — money flows directly between you and your customer, never through us.
Currency conversion is powered by the European Central Bank's public rate feed (via frankfurter.app). If you use the free tier, ads may be shown via Google AdSense once that's active — AdSense's own privacy practices apply to those ads.
Since your business data lives on your own device today, you control it entirely — clearing your browser data removes it completely. If we introduce optional cloud accounts in future, you will always be able to export or delete your data on request.
